Domino’s Continue Commercial Property Portfolio Expansion

Domino’s continue their growth strategy in the UK with a recent outreach for commercial property space within the M25 combined with an incentive programme for property agents.
Kevin Davies from leading surveyors Marchmont explains, one of the biggest shifts in sentiment over the past 18 months is the shortage of good quality commercial space in the UK but particularly in London, as the economy continues to grow and the mix of independent and national retailers like Dominos’ fight for space and value across the market. 

Dominos in February 2015 saw a profit surge of 150pc as number of customers using its phone app hits 8.2m people, they have also rolled out a 15 minute delivery promise that will of course be location sensitive.
