Kerry has over 30 years’ experience in occupier portfolio management, having spent the early part of her career working in-house for a major retailer before moving into property consultancy.

She provides occupier clients with lease advisory and landlord and tenant advice, alongside the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of their property portfolios.

Kerry has particular expertise in developing effective management processes and workflows to improve the efficiency and control of property portfolios. She also has extensive experience in the implementation and use of CRM systems, property databases and other IT management tools to improve reporting, workflow and the management of key lease and property information.

Kerry works closely with a number of corporate occupier clients, providing practical and proactive support across their portfolios.
